Warranty

Lowest total cost of ownership is at the heart of KIOSK’s Warranty Plan options. Every kiosk and all related components sold are warranted for a minimum of one year. The two warranty options are Standard One Year, or Extended Three Year. Both plans include expert technical phone support for troubleshooting assistance and return to factory replacement / repair methodology.

  • Standard One Year Warranty – included with purchase:
      - 12 month replacement / repair coverage on all KIOSK supplied components

  • Extended Three Year Warranty – available at the time of purchase:
      - 36 month replacement / repair coverage on all KIOSK supplied components

While KIOSK uses only the highest quality components, extended warranty is a reasonably priced option we encourage our customers to purchase. It provides an added level of field insurance, and ultimately lowers total cost of ownership over the life of a deployment.

With Warranty only, the customer re-installs the new component in the field. Additional Field Service Support options are readily available for technical assistance on-site.
